By using Mosawer you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Mosawer a limited license to store, process, and deliver those photos solely to operate the service for you and your guests.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have rights to, content that's unlawful, or anything that could harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew at the end of each billing cycle. Cancel any time from the customer portal. Refunds follow the policy posted at checkout.

Liability

Mosawer is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
